Made these for the New Year's but they barely made it to the table,they're great warm or cold and for Christmas use red and green pepper to be in theme. I used frozen green pepper and it worked out fine.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 ml milk
1 cup flour
3 t baking powder
150 gr ham,sliced
1 green pepper,sliced
100 gr black olives
4 T oil
salt,pepper

Beat the eggs with the milk.
Incorporate the flour with the baking powder.
Mix the flour with the egg&milk.
Add green pepper,ham and olives.These ingredients will sit at the bottom being quite heavy.
Now add the oil,salt and pepper and mix everything.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
