Pumpkin Soup

I have to keep the promises and post the recipes in English as well. I love this soup!!!

2 lb pumpkin
2 oz butter
1 onion,chopped
4 cups chicken stock
3/4 cup cream

Peel the pumpkin and chop into chunks. Heat the butter and cook the onion until soft.
Add the pumpkin and the stock.
Simmer,covered,for 20 minutes or until pumpkin is tender.
Process in a blender or with a stick blender until smooth.
Stir in the cream.
Season with salt and pepper if you wish. I didn't .
